Dear Cardinals,

I have attached the home learning for week commencing 29.6.20 below.

Due to the school opening from this week, I have replicated the work that I will be teaching in class, as the home learning.

Therefore there will be 4 days of home learning lessons going forward.

However, in the weekly planning grid, I have noted down some websites if you wish to be learning on Wednesday.

I hope you have all had a lovely half term and break from the amazing learning you have been doing at home.

This week you will be getting a phone call from either Mrs Ison or Miss Folds to see how you are getting on.

All of the afternoon activities this week are focusing on our Health and Well-Being. These are short activities that ask for reflection during this difficult time.

You will see that I have included Friday on my plan even though it is a Bank Holiday.

If you would prefer to spend the time as a family not completing school work, then don't worry about completing it.

If, however, you would like to complete it, then send it to the home learning email as we would love to celebrate it.

Dear Cardinals class,

I know that many of you are completing home learning and it was great to speak to all of you on the phone last week. Please remember to send in some of your favourite home learning this week. It means that we get to stay in touch and I can tell you how fabulous your work is, as well as help you if you need it.

On Friday, Mr Johnston is carrying out a Celebration Assembly. Please continue to work hard and then you might get a certificate for your amazing work or the amount of coins you have got in TTRockstars or the amount of time you have spent using Nessy.

Below you will find the weekly planning and any worksheets you need to support it. Try to do your best to follow it each day. Alternatively, if you feel like something a little different, the BBC are providing online/TV lessons daily on the red button of your TV remote or through BBC iPlayer. Also, if your parents/carers have Facebook, there are daily challenges that you might enjoy.

Dear Year 4,

I have added our weekly home learning overview and any corresponding documents on this page. 

There are 3 daily learning activities which comprise of Maths, English and a foundation subject. 

The documents for each week will be added before 9am every Monday.

I have also added a daily timetable you might wish to use with your children at home,  to provide a routine for the day.
