Platinum Jubilee Event - Margaret Wix celebrates!

On Friday 27th May, the children at Margaret Wix Primary School had so much fun celebrating the Platinum Jubilee. The whole school sat down to eat their lunch enjoying a street party  with decorated tables, special cups and lots of music! After enjoying this, the whole school took part in a big party which included a whole host of traditional games such as: splat the rat, splat the teacher, hook a duck, a coconut shy, a mixture of board games, a lucky dip and much much more. Everyone had so much fun! At the end of the afternoon, every child in the school received a beautiful book to remember the event and learn all about the Queen's reign. What a wonderful day!
