  • KS1 Zoo Trip!

    Wed 14 Jun 2023

Hummingbirds and Emperors had a fantastic trip to Whipsnade Zoo today! We were amazed by the poison dart frogs, crocodiles and blue morpho butterflies in the butterfly house. We loved seeing the elephants playing and even managed to spot a tiger prowling in the shade on the way to the elephant enclosure. The bird show was incredible, especially the brightly coloured macaws at the end. We loved the red pandas sleeping on the branches of the tree and the beautiful lion resting in the shade. What a brilliant day!

  • Wonderful residential for Monarchs Class!

    Mon 12 Jun 2023

Wow! What a fantastic experience we have had over the past three days! We are on the coach home now feeling very happy having made lots of wonderful memories with our friends. I am sure the children are looking forward to telling you all about it as well having a much needed rest after all the excitement.

Mrs Green, Miss Pott and I have had a wonderful time too and can honestly say it has been a pleasure to spend time with all your children - they’ve showed our learning powers and values in abundance! It’s always such a privilege to go on the residential trip, see the children challenge themselves in new ways and enable them to make long-lasting memories. Well done on a fabulous three days Monarchs!
