Parental engagement

Here at Margaret Wix, we believe that building strong relationships with you (the grown-ups), is where it all begins. We want to ensure you feel included within your child's journey throughout their whole school life with us, whilst ensuring you feel valued and are equipped with the right skills, to assist with your child's learning at home. We help do this in a variety of ways; workshops, Share and Learn sessions in EYFS, meet the teacher sessions, specific subject weeks where you are invited into class, class assemblies and weekly celebration assemblies.

Below, you will see a roadmap. This shows how all grown-ups have been involved since before joining our school. We hope this shows how much we are keen to have you in and around your child's learning and how much you can be involved.
