On Wednesday 13th July, the whole school presented a wonderful musical extravaganza. It was really amazing to hear wonderful singing, excellent instrumentals and the whole school performing two wonderful songs. Amazing!
Lights, camera, action! Monarchs production of 'Pirates of the Curry Bean' was a great success and the children performed with confidence, enthusiasm and happiness!
What a fantastic sports day we had! By the end of EYFS and KS1 sports day, David Attenborough whites were in the lead.
However, in an exciting change of events this afternoon, Sky Brown blues fought back and were victorious in the end, amassing a total of 1757 points!
The other teams were valiant competitors, all achieving more than 1600 points for their team, which is incredible well done everyone!

The first Margaret Wix Art Exhibition took place, showcasing work from across the school, inspired by Margaret Wix - a former mayor of St Albans.
This week, parents and carers were invited to Margaret Wix Primary School to enjoy our book tasting events. Children and their carers moved around a variety of different books to "taste" different literature, completing review menus on the way. Everyone also got to enjoy chocolate brioche too! It was a great way to find out about new books.
