Blue Plaque for Margaret Wix Primary School!

What a wonderful opportunity Niamh and Danylo had today! Our Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister met at the cathedral to look at the blue plaque dedicated to Margaret Wix - St Albans' first female mayor whom our school is named after! The blue plaque is situated on a house on Holywell Hill and we couldn't be prouder that members of our pupil leadership team got to meet Dean Jo Kelly-Moore and Tim Boatswain who is a professor of Anthropology & History and Honorary President of St Albans Civic Society. Danylo and Niamh then got to eat biscuits in the Dean's office! What a marvellous opportunity and what a wonderful thing that we have our very own blue plaque in the centre of St Albans.
