Persuasive Letters for local councillor!

Monarchs have been working hard on their writing and recently completed letters to try to persuade parliament to give children of eleven and older the right to vote.

Last Friday, local councillor Helen Campbell came to visit and listened as the children read their letters aloud. They tried hard to write formally using emotive language, statistics, repetition and rhetorical questions to convince her of their arguments.
