Year One Trip to Local Area!

Hummingbirds really enjoyed their local walk this morning, which is part of our geography topic on the local area. They walked very sensibly to the local shops, spotting different human and physical features along the way. They also found out about different types of housing in the local area, such as flats, terraced and semi-detached houses. It was a bit chilly but everyone was well wrapped up in winter coats and high viz jackets!
